How Rihanna gets that AMAZING body revealed!



Well, if your the face of Emporio Armani and a mega superstar, your going to have to have the accompanying body righhhtt? Seriously though, she works hard at that gorge body and you can definatly see the results!
Her trainer reveals:
Rihanna trains like a ninja! She trains for life. We work hard, but we also have fun doing it. Rihanna is great at push-ups, squats, lunges, planks and Pilates. She loves to dance, so dancing is definitely in her fitness practice. She wants to be strong, confident, able, and flexible and, she wants to feel like the star that she is!Rihanna is a classic beauty and Armani is a classic brand. It only makes sense Classic begets Classic. Her physique is the epitome of classic beauty because her body is feminine, strong, agile, poetic and versatile." 

Rihanna trains upside down lolz: 
"She loves them. Her curves are natural, so I enhance them with high repetitions and using her own body weight. We workout until we drop! Every session is different, but the latest thing we are doing is called 'inversion training.' This puts gravity to work for you by placing your body in line with the downward force of gravity, So we do exercises hanging upside down!"
And she's a healthy eater!: 
"It’s important to eat well and to eat like a Ferrari, not a Ford. Rihanna loves chicken, olives, hard-boiled eggs, almonds, fruit, water, and coconut water! Just anything that is really, really healthy."
